The Support Underneath
A trestle is the framework that holds up a bridge. You don’t always see it, but nothing crosses without it. That’s the role Trestle plays for veterinary practices: steady support behind the scenes so you can focus on patients and clients.
For practices that aren’t ready for a full-time manager
Many privately owned clinics aren’t at the point where hiring a full-time practice manager makes financial sense. Until then, the owner usually carries the whole workload, fitting payroll, staffing, and marketing in around a full appointment schedule. These tasks are foundational to running a successful business, but your patients are why you have a business. Trestle gives you part-time help with the administrative work. You decide what to hand off, you stay in charge of your practice, and you pay only for the hours you need.
Already have a practice manager? We can support them too. Most managers have more on their plates than a 40-hour week allows. We work directly with your manager on the projects that keep getting pushed back, so they can keep a healthier work-life balance.
How it works
Clinics book Trestle for a set number of hours each week, or for a one-time project. Most of the work happens remotely, with in-clinic support available in Las Cruces and El Paso.
Flexible by design
Trestle is small and privately owned, just like the practices we work with. That means we can change things quickly when your needs change. Add hours during a busy season, scale back when things are steady, or pause services if you need to. You’ll work with the same people every time, and nothing has to go through a corporate office.
